Questions and answers
A short account of what the service does, what it does not do and how access works.
01
What is TradeRadar and what does it do
TradeRadar is an informational analytics service. It computes the Range Filter indicator on Binance candles and marks the moments when the calculated trend for an instrument changed direction — those are the Buy and Sell signals. It also shows a market-wide signal feed, keeps a trading diary and sends alerts.
02
Does the service trade for me
No. Every trading decision is yours. You may optionally connect your own Binance Futures API key to send an order from your account directly in the interface, but an order is only sent on your command — there is no automated trading in the service.
03
Does TradeRadar hold my money
No. Funds always stay on your exchange account. TradeRadar is not a broker, exchange, dealer or asset manager and has no withdrawal access. Grant the API key trading permission only, never the right to withdraw.
04
How accurate are the signals
We ran the indicator across the ten catalogue pairs on the 15m, 1h and 4h timeframes, 1000 candles per series: of 810 closed signals, 58.3% closed at the stop level, 41.7% reached at least TP1 and 26.4% closed positive. That is a mechanical measurement excluding fees, and it promises nothing about the future. Signal "accuracy" in the sense of a guarantee does not exist here or anywhere else.
05
What do the TP1, TP2, TP3 and SL levels mean
They are computed reference points from the entry price: TP1, TP2 and TP3 are 1%, 2% and 3% in the signal direction, SL is 1% against it. On their own they place no orders and close no positions — they are chart markings. Real TP/SL orders reach the exchange only when you send a trade through the entry form.
06
Which pairs and timeframes are supported
The catalogue holds ten USDT pairs: BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, XRP, ADA, DOGE, AVAX, LINK and TON. Timeframes are 5m, 15m, 1h, 4h and 24h. The catalogue can change; it is managed from the admin panel.
07
How does the free hour work
Registration alone does not grant full access: right after signing up only the learning section is open. An hour of full access to the signals opens when you add a card through the Tribute payment service, and nothing is charged during that hour.
08
What is available without a subscription
Registration, the entire learning section and basic market data are open without a subscription. Signal charts, the market-wide feed, historical statistics and order sending require active access.
09
How do signal notifications arrive
Two ways: the in-app bell and a browser push notification, each enabled separately in settings. The check runs on a schedule and only on the 1-hour timeframe, so there are no alerts for 5m or 15m.
10
How safe is connecting an exchange key
The key and secret are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and verified with a test request to the exchange before saving — an invalid key is never stored. Grant the key futures trading permission only and never withdrawal rights. You can disconnect the exchange at any time in settings.
11
Is this financial advice
No. The signals, charts, levels and all service materials are informational and educational and are not individual investment advice. They do not account for your financial situation, goals or acceptable level of risk. Trading crypto, especially with leverage, carries the risk of losing all invested funds.
12
Can I cancel the subscription and get a refund
Auto-renewal can be switched off in settings at any time, and access remains until the end of the paid period. Refund conditions are described in the refund policy.
